Apfelstrudel Show

The Apfelstrudel Show at Café Residenz Schönbrunn brings the imperial baking art to life on stage 🍎👨 🍳. While watching, the dough is hand‑stretched to a traditional recipe so thin that you can see through it – a real family magnet for kids and adults.

The show lasts only 20 minutes – ideal for children. Afterwards, everyone receives a piece of real apple strudel to taste, as well as tea, coffee or hot chocolate. There is also the original recipe to take home.
