Description

Built in 1907 in the Art Nouveau style on Grimmelallee, Badehaus Nordhausen now offers visitors a water park with a health bath, a family pool with a paddling pool, a 25-meter sports pool with four lanes and a tube slide, as well as a spacious sauna and bistro area upstairs, following extensive reconstruction and expansion at the start of the 21st century. The bath was designed in 1906 and 1907 by Nordhausen architect Gustav Ricken. At that time, visitors enjoyed a swimming pool, sunbathing area, 13 bathtub baths, and 27 shower stalls. The building's facade is richly detailed with various Art Nouveau elements and window shapes.

Today, Badehaus offers three main areas: sports, relaxation, and fun.
