In the demonstration bakery in the café you can watch live as bakers shape, finish and fry Bauernkrapfen in hot fat. 🍩
For school and family groups there is an explanatory group presentation, followed by a tasting of different varieties. Sweet and savory Bauernkrapfen are served; groups of up to 150 people can attend. A cozy breakfast 'Frühstücken Sie wie ein Kaiser' is available to book as a family option.
