BELANTIS - Das AbenteuerReich

In the south of Leipzig, the adventure kingdom BELANTIS offers over 60 attractions for the whole family amid a green park landscape. At BELANTIS, little and big adventurers dive into times long past and discover the world of Native Americans, knights, and pharaohs.

Since opening in 2003, BELANTIS has become one of the most popular day-trip destinations for families in central Germany. The adventure kingdom BELANTIS transports its visitors to eight lovingly crafted themed worlds: "Valley of the Pharaohs," "BELANTIS Castle," "Beach of the Gods," "Land of the Counts," "Island of the Knights," "Prairie of the Native Americans," "Coast of the Explorers," and "Realm of the Sun Temples."

At BELANTIS, families are the focus: whether it’s thrill rides, funny shows, or interactive attractions – there’s plenty to discover for every age. Brave adrenaline fans are guaranteed a day full of thrills on the many fast rides. The giant swing pendulum "Belanitus Revenge" gives a wild tummy tickle, just like "Huracan," where the bold plunge down a 95° drop. If you prefer something calmer, you can explore BELANTIS’s coast by Native American canoe.

Fun rides for the whole family include the "Cobra of Amun Ra," the "Dragon Ride," or the ship swing "Santa Maria." Even the very little ones experience their first ride on the toddler roller coaster "Huracanito" or play around on one of the many playgrounds.

In autumn 2016, BELANTIS was awarded fifth place among "Europe’s Best Amusement Parks" (parks with up to 1 million visitors per year). In addition, the label "Family Vacation in Saxony," which checks Saxon facilities for family friendliness, confirmed that BELANTIS is a place where families feel particularly comfortable – because at BELANTIS, an adventurous journey begins for the whole family.
