Brauereimuseum

The Brauereimuseum in Aldersbach invites you to dive into an almost 800-year-old beer tradition dating back to 1268 – when monastic brewing began here.

The brewery combines state-of-the-art technology with centuries-old craftsmanship within the historic buildings of an Augustinian Canons and Cistercian monastery. This produces high-quality beers and non-alcoholic beverages with a unique taste, as the brewery also maintains its own yeast cultivation.

A special treat is the traditional Bräustüberl in the monastery complex – perfect for completing the beer experience. 🍺
