Description
Brockenhaus features a modern permanent exhibition on the 1141-meter-high Brocken, captivating visitors of all ages with surprising insights and stories.
The exhibition combines multimedia elements and covers a variety of topics such as the formation of the Harz and Brocken mountains, geology, famous hikers, the history of the Brocken Railway, wartime and postwar periods, espionage, and conservation projects.
The Hexenflug café offers various dishes as well as coffee and cake to satisfy your appetite. Large panoramic windows invite you to enjoy the scenic views.
In good weather, the open roof terrace also attracts visitors with a 360° panoramic view stretching up to 200 kilometers.
There is a special reduced admission price for children aged 6 to 16, making the experience particularly family-friendly.
