Description

The DAV Kletter- und Boulderzentrum München-Süd is an artificial climbing facility featuring two climbing and bouldering halls as well as several outdoor areas in the Munich district of Sendling. After its expansion in early 2011, it was briefly the largest facility of its kind in the world, with around 7,880 m² of climbing and bouldering space. Following another renovation in 2024, it now has about 7,000 m² and remains the largest combined bouldering, climbing, family, and training center in Europe. The center is operated by DAV-Kletter- und Boulderzentren München e. V., an association of 21 Bavarian sections of the German Alpine Club.
