The Diabetesmuseum München is dedicated to the history and research of diabetes, focusing especially on juvenile type 1 diabetes mellitus.
Particularly impressive is the collection of insulin vials from around the world, illustrating the development of treatment.
Also on display are fascinating exhibits about the discovery of insulin, various syringes, modern insulin pumps, blood sugar meters, and nutrition.
