Die Ponyfarm

Die Ponyfarm is a private holiday farm that has offered riding vacations for children aged six and up since 1983. The horse care, holiday operations, and riding school have been inspected and certified as animal-appropriate and professional by the German Equestrian Federation. The riding program focuses on playful learning about responsibility, physical activity, and teamwork. The staff are experts with many years of experience working with children and horses. The goal is to provide every guest with a pleasant and engaging stay, teaching values like camaraderie, friendship, and responsible interaction with nature. The accommodations, a house built around the turn of the century in Schafstedt, Schleswig-Holstein, feature welcoming rooms and a lounge. Riding lessons take place in the indoor arena right by the stables or in the dressage and jumping arenas. Trail rides through the fields and forests along the Kiel Canal are also available. During the stay at Die Ponyfarm, each guest is assigned their own horse to care for. A varied weekly program rounds out the experience.
