The village square itself invites you to take a break under the trees of the arboretum trail, on forest sofas, benches, and picnic tables. From these seats, you can enjoy views all the way to the Lippe floodplains. If you want to get active, you can play boules, use the beach volleyball courts during the summer months, or play year-round on the disc golf course.

The ten holes of the disc golf course reflect themes from the surrounding landscape. Together with the arboretum trail, insect hotel, biotope, orchard, waterwheel, and boules court, they provide information about nature, climate protection, and local history. A free smart city app complements these stations with digital content. Through augmented reality and artificial intelligence, information is offered interactively and in several languages. A climate quiz in the form of a scavenger hunt invites you to explore the content in a playful way.

Disc golf discs can be borrowed free of charge during opening hours from the local company Möbel-Mit.
