The Erlebnis Sennerei Zillertal is a family-run operation in its third generation (since 1954) and offers an on-site visitor experience with a demonstration dairy and show farm. 🧀
You can see here how cheese is made from hay milk, watch production and long aging processes and learn more about traditional recipes. The dairy processes cow, sheep, and goat milk and emphasizes artisanal, gentle handling as well as sustainable short transport routes and packaging. 🐄
On-site you'll find a farm shop and an online shop – ideal for buying freshly aged cheeses directly and trying them as a family.
