The "Fischeria" am Gut Schloss Lichtengraben serves Slow Food smoked fish from the estate's own fish farm 🐟. In the ponds laid out on the estate, char and trout are raised over several years – this is how a smoky flavor develops with time.

The program includes the culinary & musical event Fisch & Jazz 🎷; you can also combine a historical tour of the estate with a finish at the Fischeria, including oven-warm smoked fish served at the end.
