The family business since 1950 is now in its fourth generation and offers children the chance to learn about local fish farming 👨👩👧.
Trout, carp, rainbow trout, char and grass carp are raised in oxygen-rich spring water and fed high-quality feed. The fish are freshly caught and can be cleaned and filleted ready for the kitchen on request.
Fine smoked specialties are produced in their own smokehouse, and the products have been awarded several times. Online ordering for pickup makes local fish practical for home.
