Freibad Allendorf

Freibad Allendorf is centrally located next to the kindergarten and community center. This family-friendly outdoor pool was built in the late 1960s. Since 2002, the Förderverein Freibad Allendorf/Hohenfels has been operating the pool. The local DLRG group in Allendorf ensures the safety of all visitors.

The pool offers families plenty of fun on hot summer days: right next to the main pool, there is a baby splash pool with a large sun umbrella. On the large sunbathing lawn – where you can see the entire pool area – wave loungers invite you to relax. A large climbing dragon also guarantees lots of fun. The playground is located right next to the pool.

The freshly renovated kiosk serves snacks: fresh pretzel pastries, warm pizza slices, sweets, chilled drinks, and of course, ice cream.
