Description

The heated Freibad "Ummelbad" in Hepstedt is located at the edge of a large forest area called the Ummel. Thanks to its idyllic and peaceful setting, it is especially popular with families. The adjacent campground also greatly benefits from the pool.

The pool features a swimming pool and a non-swimmer pool with a small slide and a fountain. There is also a stainless steel water slide, a beach volleyball court, a snack wagon, and much more.

If you like, you can combine a visit to the Freibad with a hike on the NORDPFAD Timke-Wälder. This 18.1 km circular trail passes right by the Ummelbad and also starts there.
