Freiraum is a yoga studio for families and children – lovingly, relaxed and without pressure. 🧘 ❤️
Class highlights:

mom-and-baby yoga – postnatal exercises and pelvic floor strengthening 🤱

Kids yoga (ages 3–10) & teen yoga (ages 10–15) – playful and age-appropriate 🧒 🧑

Family yoga – moving together and connecting 👪

Movement playgrounds (ages 0–3) – first discoveries in a safe environment 🍼

Most classes are drop-in – longer cycles are possible; since 2010 there has been prenatal yoga. ✨
