Freizeitpark Plohn

With over 300,000 visitors each year, Freizeitpark Plohn is the top family amusement park in eastern Germany and one of the most popular amusement parks overall.

The themed areas range from Western Town to Dinoland, from Fairy Tale Forest to the Nature Park and Japanese Garden, all the way to numerous action-packed attractions. From Easter to the end of October, every day is filled with action, fun, and adventure. Especially popular here: even the youngest guests can enjoy almost all the attractions.

The park surprises its guests annually with a new attraction – an overview:

2026: World premiere Multi-Launch Water Coaster "Dønnervind." This spectacular Viking-style ride launches visitors straight from the water onto the roller coaster track.

2025: Wild Swing – a free-swinging, twelve-meter-high giant swing in a mermaid theme; family-friendly with extreme swinging but no flips.

2024: Jet-Ski Carousel "Dazzling Dan's Fuselsschleuder," where you can zoom around a pond in one of nine steerable gondolas. Thanks to centrifugal force and steering control, the thrill is guaranteed—and you might get a little wet.

2023: Horse Ride "Max and Moritz," a 180-meter-long ride that takes nearly three and a half minutes to immerse you in the world of the two mischievous boys, the 2000 square meter Max and Moritz village.

2022: "Plohnis Pilzflieger" – a family chain carousel – and "The Enchanted Mushroom" – a climbing unit designed like a mushroom with slides, tunnels, and winding levels to explore, including multimedia elements.

2019: Big Dipper Coaster "Dynamite"
