Friesland-Therme, located at the UNESCO World Heritage Wadden Sea, covers an area of about 3,250 square meters over its indoor and outdoor adventure pools, making it a highlight for any fan of recreational and experience pools. Real North Sea saltwater flows through the pools, creating a special North Sea feeling.

In the swimming pool, the floor can be lowered to a depth of 1.80 meters if needed, while geysers, massage jets, and body-shaped underwater loungers pamper the body underwater.

The sauna area, featuring a salt and light sauna, a steam bath, infusion and garden sauna, cold-water treatment areas, and a relaxation room, offers plenty of space for rest and relaxation.

The indoor pool area offers a pool landscape with relaxation, exercise, and paddling pools. Here, fun and action for the whole family are on the agenda, and those wanting to rest can retreat to the relaxation zone in the "Rook's Nest" high above the pool area.
