Outdoor Pool

The sun is shining and you can swim without burning eyes and the smell of chlorine in a natural water basin with the best bathing water quality – you can do that here! Thanks to modern filtration systems, the water is treated biologically. No chlorine or other chemical additives are needed.

Enjoy a great swimming area with a shallow water zone, sandy beach, beach chairs, diving tower, slide, and a children’s area with paddling pools.

On spacious, partly shaded lawns, you’ll find plenty of room to relax and sunbathe, as well as for sporting activities.

The outdoor beach at fritz kunze bad – a different kind of outdoor pool – is beautifully located and inviting for relaxation. Spend a day in our lovely facility and you’ll see that a vacation can be possible close to home.

Indoor Pool

In the swimming hall with a cozy atmosphere, large glass facades provide light and an open view outside. Plenty of natural wood and friendly colors create a pleasant ambiance. Three pools for swimmers, non-swimmers, and children guarantee lots of swimming fun.

Water temperatures: Swimmers (27 degrees), non-swimmers and children’s pool (30 degrees)

The swimmer’s pool is a sports pool 25 meters long with five lanes. In the non-swimmer pool, you’ll find a water cannon, massage jets, and a round pool with air jets for perfect relaxing. For the little ones, there’s a wonderful children’s area with a slide and water attractions.

Also in the swimming hall, there is a spacious steam bath that can be used with swimwear. It maintains a cozy 45 degrees, perfect for warming up during cold winter months.

You can wonderfully relax on comfortable lounge chairs at the poolside.

Sauna

At fritz kunze bad, you can choose between three different saunas. For an easy start to your sauna session, you can begin in the tepidarium (bio sauna) at 55 degrees with 60% humidity, then continue with the next round in the Finnish sauna at 85 degrees or the blockhouse sauna outdoors at 90 degrees. In the blockhouse sauna, infusions with changing scents are offered every hour.

To unwind after sauna rounds, you can rest on our loungers in the relaxation house or lounge area.

Additionally, there is an infrared cabin. The deep heat relaxes muscles and penetrates to deeper layers.

The sauna area is only open in the winter season from the end of September/early October until the end of April.
