Generationenplatz Schmidtheim covers an area of more than 6,000 m² and offers a variety of options for relaxation and activity. The offerings are complemented by various playground equipment and a beach volleyball court for sporty variety. The weatherproof pavilion with a stove and refrigerator provides space for social gatherings after an active day. Information boards in the park offer valuable learning content, enriching visits for kindergartens and school classes. Use of the facility is free of charge, except for the restrooms. Dogs are not allowed on the premises. The generation park also includes a boule court, an insect hotel, climbing and balancing beams, an herb garden, a labyrinth, a mud pit, a park stage, slides, a sandbox, swings, a zip line, and an orchard meadow.
