Description
At Gesundheitszentrum Bad Grund, you can relax your mind in water heated to 31°C. Even non-swimmers can move around safely in the indoor pool, as the water depth is 1.35 meters.
Free water aerobics classes take place on Wednesdays at 10:45 AM and Fridays at 10:00 AM (except during Lower Saxony school holidays).
You are also welcome to visit the fitness studio. Use the equipment for an effective full-body workout.
