Heimatmuseum Gosau

The Heimatmuseum Gosau brings traditional farm culture within reach for children 🐄.

At the center is a historic farmhouse from the turn of the 16th to the 17th century – a genuine insight into early modern rural life.

On the grounds there is a large stable barn and several outbuildings that show different aspects of everyday farm life and construction.

As part of the UNESCO-Kulturlandschaft Hallstatt–Dachstein–Salzkammergut, the surroundings add appealing historical context that enriches family visits.
