The new, free-standing 40-meter Himmelsleiter on the Donnerkogel hangs over a deep gorge and offers wide panoramic views. It provides pure adrenaline and thrills 🧗.
The via ferrata is divided into four stages and contains technical cruxes (C/D and C/D then easier) – only for experienced climbers, not for beginners.
- Views to the Dachsteingletscher and into the Gosautal
- Several stages with varied challenges
- Installed by Outdoor Leadership under Heli Putz; maximum 4 people on the ladder at once
