The Ingeborg-Bachmann-Park is a generous neighborhood park in Donaustadt with many play and sport opportunities – ideal for families and children. 🌳
The highlights include a water play area, a sand and mud area, huge climbing and balancing structures, a giant spider web and the popular wobble bridge. In addition there are slides, swings, seesaws and a sandpit. 💦🪨🧗
- Sports & movement: soccer field, skate park, beach volleyball and basketball 🏃⚽🛹
- Relax & picnic: picnic tables and drinking water fountains – popular with dog owners 🧺🐶
- Age groups: 0–2, 2–6, 6–10, 10–12 and 12+ years
- Note: Many play areas are not sheltered – head coverings are recommended on hot days 🧢
