IPE Capoeira

At IPE Capoeira in Vienna, the Brazilian art form is more than just a sport. Children aged 6 to 13 dive into a world of movement and music here. The Capoeira Kids Action program trains through play, building flexibility, balance and strength in equal measure. There is also a musical component, in which the children develop a sense of rhythm and get to know traditional instruments. 🥋

The training also has a lot to offer socially. In the roda, respect and teamwork come first, and no one becomes a loser, because everyone plays together. Learning new acrobatic moves also builds courage and confidence in one's own abilities. All classes take place indoors. 🎶
