Kleintierzoo Strehla

On a family trip to Kleintierzoo Strehla, children can look forward to a wide variety of animals. The animal collection mainly includes dwarf ponies, donkeys, Cameroon sheep, alpacas, miniature pigs, raccoons, prairie dogs, degus, squirrels and chipmunks, dwarf rabbits, guinea pigs, fancy mice, pigeons, quails, canaries, golden pheasants, various parakeet species, chickens, owls, and different types of ducks. In the petting zoo, feeding and petting the adorable dwarf goats delights both young and old. A playground in the middle of the zoo, as well as the adjacent park area with a fountain, invite you to play and relax. Children can test their knowledge about the plants and animals of the zoo on a question-and-answer board. Thanks to its proximity to Strehla Castle, a visit to the zoo can be perfectly combined with a tour of the castle.
