Kletterzentrum Austria des Alpenvereins

At the Kletterzentrum Austria des Alpenvereins there are special courses for children, teenagers and families. You can take a virtual tour in advance 🧗♀️.

On site you will find three bouldering areas with a total of 160 m² of climbing surface, two lead/toprope halls (20 m and 10 m) with around 700 m² and about 70 routes up to grade 7b, plus 3 auto-belay devices (20 m high). Rental equipment (harness, climbing shoes, rope) is available.

Practical for groups: school rates with rental equipment, birthday packages (on request) and coaching sessions. Notes: a written consent form is required for minors; children under 14 may only climb with an adult companion, children under 7 only with trained instructors or in groups. Coaching sessions: maximum 4 people per coach; birthday groups usually 6–8 children per coach.
