Description

The Literaturhaus München is a vibrant meeting place for everyone who writes and reads: writers, publishers, booksellers, and journalists all come together here.

It offers a diverse cultural program with readings, exhibitions, and exciting thematic focuses on well-known authors and literary topics.

For secondary and high school students, there are writing workshops and project days, as well as teacher training sessions focused on creative writing and the house’s special areas.

The Bavarian Academy of Writing hosts seminars for students and young authors up to 40 years old in various literary genres, nurturing creative potential.

A special highlight: an artistic installation honors Oskar Maria Graf with texts on various objects, blending literature with art.
