The "Maritime Meile" leads you through a beautiful harbor atmosphere from Bontekai, over the historic Kaiser Wilhelm Bridge, along the South Beach to five adventure worlds. They offer fascinating insights and knowledge about the sea.

At the aquarium and on the harbor cruises with the Warrings shipping company, you experience the North Sea and its inhabitants up close. At the UNESCO World Heritage visitor center Wattenmeerhaus, you learn everything about the unique Wadden Sea nature reserve, the Coastal Museum explains the formation of the coast and how life here has changed over the centuries, and at the German Naval Museum, you can experience the history of the navy first-hand.
