Description

MaximiliansForum is a freely accessible exhibition space for art located in an underpass in the heart of Munich. Here you can discover exciting applied arts including jewelry, design, fashion, and architecture, as well as interdisciplinary art projects and performances.

The program features curated contributions from artists and creatives such as Florian Süssmayr, Mirko Borsche, and the music label Gomma. MaximiliansForum is a lively meeting point for the art, design, architecture, and music scenes and encourages interdisciplinary exchange.

The venue is especially well known for its participation in Munich's Long Night of Museums. Designed by architect Peter Haimerl, the forum has invited visitors to explore innovative media art since 2010.
