Mehrgenerationenplatz "Lüttje Festung"
Description
On the formerly abandoned green space at the Viehmarktplatz in Apen, the local community association Apen has created a park as a multigenerational meeting place. As a highlight, they built the "Lüttje Festung" fountain system through their own efforts, which is meant to recall the former fortress and castle in Apen. A wide range of play and entertainment options (boules court, chessboard, and much more) offers something suitable for every age!
Every Wednesday from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM, the OBV Apen hosts a cozy get-together at the "Lüttje Festung" grounds under the motto: Games, fun, chatting, and grilling.
This invitation is explicitly also extended to our vacationers, whom the OBV would be very happy to welcome.
