Mehrgenerationenplatz und Komfortweg Waxweiler

In 2022, the Mehrgenerationenplatz und Komfortweg Waxweiler was established as part of the "Barrier-Free Without Borders" project. This trail connects the holiday park with the new square and starts at Campingpark Eifel on Schwimmbadstraße. There is also a designated parking space for people with disabilities. The walk to the Mehrgenerationenplatz is about 350 meters. The area features various play equipment, including a sound fence, a rotating disc, a marble labyrinth, and a swing accessible to wheelchair users. Benches provide spots to rest. The Mehrgenerationenplatz serves as a meeting point for all ages and offers space for play, exercise, and relaxation.
