Description

At the Missionsmuseum Bug, you'll find fascinating exhibits from the Indian subcontinent and South America. Among other things, you can discover intricate inlay work, ivory carvings, paintings, as well as exotic items like a preserved piranha and a shrunken head.

The exhibition features valuable artworks from Indian history and culture dating back to the 16th century. The museum also offers an informative look into current mission and development work in India, Sri Lanka, Paraguay, and Bolivia – an engaging way to understand different cultures and promote intercultural dialogue.

Especially recommended is the special exhibition of nativity scenes from countries in Asia, Africa, and Latin America, displayed from the first Sunday of Advent until January 6. A wonderful opportunity to experience the Christmas season with rich cultural variety! 🎄
