The Museum für deutsch-amerikanische Nachkriegsgeschichte features an exciting exhibit about the end of the war in Mainfranken and life with the American occupation troops, who became friends.
Especially interesting for families is the children's carousel, made from an old gas mask filter from the postwar period 🎠.
Among many other artifacts from World War II and the postwar era, the impressive collection includes an American tank.
