Description

The Museum für Franken at the Marienberg Fortress invites families and children aged 5 and up to a free lantern crafting program. At the festive holiday event "Lanterns, Sun, Moon, and Stars," you embark on a magical journey filled with stories about sharing and togetherness while making lanterns that bring light into the dark season 🏮.

A child-friendly guided tour, "Sunday Walk: Life in the Stone Age," offers exciting insights into the archaeology collection – here, too, children enter free, and the story of the Stone Age is brought vividly to life.

The exhibition "Geht Grad° so? Climate in Lower Franconia" presents interesting connections between climate and agriculture. Public lectures with experts invite older children and parents to explore and discuss historical and current environmental issues 🌍.

The museum captivates not only with valuable objects but also tells entertaining, quirky, and moving stories that bring art and history to life, especially delighting families and children.
