Experience a very special journey through time with the Museumsbahn Rhön-Zügle! 🚂 You can enjoy a nostalgic ride through the picturesque Streutal valley.
You travel in historical wagons, which are affectionately called “Donnerbüchsen”. The ride is alternately pulled by steam and diesel locomotives, making the experience even more authentic.
The railway line takes you 18 kilometers from Fladungen to Mellrichstadt. As passengers of the Rhön-Zügle, you receive reduced admission to the Fränkisches Freilandmuseum Fladungen. A free, multilingual audio guide is also available for the entire museum train ride. 🎧
