Description

Nationalpark-Haus Wurster Nordseeküste features a modern, media-supported exhibition with large aquariums, a tidal model, and informative panels about the Wadden Sea. Topics include bird migration, fishing, and dike foreland management.

Visitors can observe marine animals like scorpionfish, catsharks, plaice, and starfish up close in a large circular tank with a diameter of 2.5 meters.

Four more aquariums invite you to an exciting discovery journey through the Wadden Sea habitat.

The diverse events program offers entertaining mudflat hikes for all ages, salt marsh and birdwatching trips, dike walks, and engaging feeding sessions at the aquarium.

A seminar room and a lab for hands-on activities are available for groups, and customized educational packages can be arranged for school classes and other groups.
