Description

ROCCO-PARK Abenteuer- & Freizeitgelände in the spa park of Hauzenberg is a true paradise for children and families. Since its opening in September 2005, this adventure playground has become a popular destination for locals and tourists alike. Nestled in the picturesque landscape of the Bavarian Forest, the park offers a variety of activities that promote both the physical and creative development of children. The playground is equipped with climbing frames, slides, and other play equipment designed specifically for different age groups.

In addition, this leisure park features a skate and bike facility as well as a streetball and basketball court, which not only promote physical activity but also encourage teamwork and social interaction among children. The park is not just a place to play but also a space for community experiences and social interaction. The well-maintained gardens and the snack hut adjoining the Bürgerpark invite visitors to take a break and refresh themselves with snacks and drinks. Thanks to generous parking facilities, getting here is convenient, making the visit even more enjoyable.

The importance of ROCCO-PARK is highlighted by its award of the German Play Space Prize in 2007. This honor was given to facilities that stand out through innovative and high-quality play offerings. Supported by the EU, the park has continuously developed since its opening and today offers a variety of attractions that meet the needs of children of all ages.

Here, children can play and learn in a safe environment while parents have the opportunity to relax and enjoy nature.

In the adjoining Bürger- and spa park, events such as folk festivals, flea markets, and open-air concerts regularly take place, making the parks a lively meeting point for the whole community.

Spa Park

The spa park offers an oasis of peace and relaxation amidst nature with the spa lake and Kneipp facilities. Events and open-air concerts are regularly held here in the climate pavilion. This is where nature, culture, and relaxation come together.

Bürgerpark

A special highlight is the walk-in Pinocchio Tower, also known as "The Nobleman of Hauzenberg," which reaches an impressive height of about 20 meters and offers a breathtaking view over the park and its surroundings.
