Description

At Rosengarten: Wildpark Schwarze Berge, you can explore around a hundred animal species with about a thousand animals spread over the 50-hectare idyllic park area; including wisents, European wolves, lynxes, bears, and moose. Daily feeding demonstrations and bird flight shows also enrich your day trip. Be there when the dwarf otters come to feed or when the bald eagle majestically circles above the pond in the open enclosure!

Climbing the 45-meter-high Elbblick tower rewards you with a breathtaking view all the way to Hamburg.

And after all the animal encounters, children can let off steam on the large playground while adults relax with coffee and cake or enjoy a delicious à la carte meal at the adjacent Wildpark restaurant to end their day trip.

Whether helping out once as an animal keeper by cleaning a stable, exploring the wildlife park with a treasure map, or hunting the wild (cardboard) boar with bow and arrow – the Nature Experience Center offers a wide range of attractive and exciting programs for young and old alike.

NEW! Dinosaurs conquer Rosengarten: Wildpark Schwarze Berge – A new era is beginning at Wildpark Schwarze Berge – or rather an ancient one: with the Dino World, visitors now travel millions of years back in time! Over 120 impressive life-size dinosaur and prehistoric animal models transport you to a long-forgotten era and simultaneously create a link to the park’s current inhabitants. And best of all: your visit to Dino World and the Paleo Camp is already included with regular Wildpark admission!
