RUSH Swimming

RUSH Swimming offers swimming courses for children from 4 years old, adolescents and adults. 🏊‍♀️

Private and adult lessons are also available in English.

We offer trial lessons, flexible entry points and clear team levels – Penguin, Nemo, Seahorse, Dolphin and Sharks Elite. 🐬🏆

• Penguin (Beginner, from 4): water acclimation, breathing, floating, gliding, jumping, diving.

• Nemo (from 5): floating on the surface and front crawl over 10 m.

• Seahorse (from 8): technique training for backstroke, crawl, breaststroke and dolphin.

• Dolphin: training for youths and recreational swimmers – entry at any time.

• Sharks Elite: competition preparation with conditioning training – national and international.
