Salznest Salzspielraum

Salznest Salzspielraum offers you a health-boosting salt playroom where children and families can breathe in a salt-rich marine climate created by a 5% saline mist.

The floor of the salt playroom is covered with 4 tons of high-quality salt – creating an intense atmosphere that soothes skin and respiratory conditions and gives children a natural way to breathe more freely – all without medication.

Besides the salty air, you’ll find a play area with educational toys to keep the little ones entertained during your visit.

The salt room and the adjoining lounge area also invite you to relax together, share experiences, and spend time enjoying a drink while the children play.

The benefits of salt inhalation include relief from respiratory illnesses, reduced allergy symptoms, improved skin health, less inflammation, strengthened immune system, cold prevention, stress reduction, and lasting health support – especially for children.
