The Schoberhof (Familie Taschl) is an organically run mountain farm in its eighth generation. On the farm there are raw-milk cheeses made from hay milk and revived juices and cider from its own traditional orchard meadows. Those who want to take part can help with participatory work, WWOOFing and internships. 🐄
