Schrift- und Heimatmuseum "Bartlhaus"

Schrift- und Heimatmuseum "Bartlhaus" is the only Austrian museum dedicated to writing and combines the art of lettering with regional history. It presents changing exhibitions of national and international calligraphy, thematic ex libris displays, a print workshop with working historic presses and live printing demonstrations, as well as the local history museum of Pettenbach. Regular calligraphy courses in the scriptorium and themed tours offer hands-on opportunities for older children and parents. Children up to and including 14 years of age have free admission when accompanied by an adult. 🖋️
