Schwimmhalle Fischerinsel

The Schwimmhalle Fischerinsel is a great place for families with young children up to 5 years old. On weekends, you can enjoy swimming together, while during the week the lanes are mainly used by schools, clubs, and courses.

The pool features accessible facilities including a water lift, water wheelchair, accessible restrooms, and a ramp. The comfortable water temperature of about 28 °C in the swimming pool and 27.8 °C in the shallow pool creates a cozy atmosphere for little ones.

For the more athletic, there are two separated lanes, perfect for swim training. Children under five also enjoy free admission when accompanied by an adult.

Opened in 1979 and renovated in 2010, the Schwimmhalle combines historic charm with modern facilities. Its location right by Spittelmarkt subway station makes it especially easy to reach by public transit.
