Description
Südpark is a planned park currently being developed since 2019, located in the Dresden neighborhoods of Plauen and Räcknitz. The approximately 36.5-hectare area is bordered by the southern buildings along Nöthnitzer Straße, Bergstraße, Kohlenstraße, Cämmerswalder Straße, Westendring, Plauenschen Ring, and Passauer Straße. The area is marked by a significant elevation difference of about 40 meters between Kohlenstraße and Nöthnitzer Straße.
