Description

Sägemuseum in Eggelsberg preserves a historic steam-powered sawmill from 1917 with original machinery. The large frame saw is still demonstrated, driven by an electric motor from the early 1920s. 🪚

Also on display is a working steam engine (circa 1900), a piston water pump from 1929, plus old household items and toys. Children have free admission. Tours for groups of eight or more are available on request. 🔧
