Silberkammer

Silberkammer – the Silver Collection – offers a unique collection of cultural and historical importance and an insight into the culture of courtly dining. 🏛️🍽️

Its history reaches back to the fifteenth century. The office of Silver Chamberlain is first documented at the Vienna court of Emperors Frederick III and Maximilian I. The Silver Chamberlain was responsible for table silver, table linen and the setting of the imperial table.

Recommended for children aged 10–12 and 12+. Please note: the Silver Collection is closed from April 1, 2023 until further notice. ⚠️
