Skatebowl

Mellowpark offers a huge open space of about 60,000 m² with its Skatebowl for BMX, skateboarding, and more. Kids and teens between 6 and 12 years old, as well as everyone older than 12, can pursue their passion together and try out various sports.

Since 2001, the park has supported youth culture with a focus on self-directed recreational activities. Only BMX, dirt bikes, stunt scooters, skateboards, roller skates, inline skates, and WCMX are permitted on the facilities – plastic scooters and balance bikes are not allowed.

Admission is free, but usage fees apply for the BMX and skateboard areas. These fees are available as day passes or monthly cards. Additionally, BMX courses are regularly offered, including beginner and advanced workshops.

For kids aged 12 and up, there is a BMX camp featuring six days of action, full supervision, and meals. Especially for girls, free BMX workshops are also available, where bikes and helmets are provided to encourage learning, rolling, and having fun in a playful way.

Birthday parties for kids aged 6 to 12 can also be held at Mellowpark. During winter, the ALL and the Skatebowl remain open for visitors.
