Spielplatz Lene-Voigt-Park

Description
On the south side of Spielplatz Lene-Voigt-Park, you’ll find several separate playground areas. There is the Fairy Tale Forest, the Swing Area, the Slide Area, and a Water Play Area.
The Fairy Tale Area is especially shady and invites children to climb and engage in imaginative play in the magical wooden castle, carousel, and slide arch.
At the Swing Area, you’ll find single swings, as well as double and nest swings. Right next to it are the fast, wide giant slide and a narrower slide. Kids have to climb a hill before they can zoom down.
If you walk further out of town, you’ll reach the very popular summer water and mud play area. Here you’ll find a water pump with a wooden trough in the middle of a large sandbox.
Sports fans also have plenty to enjoy at Spielplatz Lene-Voigt-Park. Between the various playgrounds, there are table tennis tables, a beach volleyball court, and a basketball court.
On nice days, the park is always lively. There are benches where you can watch, rest, or nurse. A restroom is located at the north side of the park, at the corner of Reichpietsch- and Heinrichstraße.
