Straussenhof Halmer

At the Straussenhof Halmer there is a new corn maze (from August 21, 2026) – a family-friendly adventure with stamp stations and encounters with ostriches 🐦. The offerings are aimed at children from 3 years up to about 15 years and include guided ostrich tours with feeding (also bookable as an experience combo with the corn maze) as well as educational programs as part of School on the Farm. After the tours a creative studio is available for crafting with ostrich egg shells; the farm also has a farm café with a breakfast buffet (reservation recommended for certain dates) and a corn-rest hut with snacks on weekends.
